Your payment information is only collected and used for payment and delivery purposes by our courier and payments company. We do not keep a copy of your information.
ParcelForce (or a suitable alternative courier company) will be given your address details to enable us to get your goods to you.
We do not store customer details for a 'database', and therefore will not sell your details or use them for any marketing purposes. We also cannot lose or misuse any information we do not personally store.
We can be contacted on the phone numbers provided in the 'Contact Us' section during normal business hours (we may also be available outside these times, but please be sensible!) You may also contact us via Email, and we aim to respond to any questions within 1 working day.
You will be sent a payment receipt from Paypal or Stripe on purchasing items from our site. Please contact us immediately if you believe any of the information is incorrect, and we will do our best to change these inaccuracies. Please note however, we will only send out items to a 'confirmed' address. If we are unsure about your address details, we may contact you and ask you to confirm your details to our payments company.
If we suspect the address or payment details you have provided to be false, we may refuse to send out any goods until specific information is confirmed. We will contact you, and ask you to confirm your details through our payments company.
