Returns Policy
Thank you for purchasing our products at 5playaquatics.co.uk.
In order to be eligible for a refund, you have to return the product within 14 calendar days of receiving your purchase. Please contact us to obtain returns authorisation before sending your item, or we will be unable to process your refund.
The product must be unopened in its original cellophane wrapper, and undamaged.
Discount items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
5 Play Aquatics reserves the right to charge a 18% restocking fee on items ordered in error. (15% handling fee, 3% payment surcharge).
Buyers are responsible for the shipping costs to return an item. Postage costs can be obtained here:
After we receive your item, our team of professionals will inspect it and process your refund, minus any original postage costs. This is usually £15.50 per item, by liquids courier.
The money will be refunded to the original payment method you’ve used during the purchase. For credit card payments it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement.
If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after 14 calendar days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund.
If you wish to cancel your order you may do this at any time before it leaves our premises. However, if your order has been dispatched you will need to return it to us under the conditions of the unused items policy above.
